What is a Lamalo credit?
One credit corresponds to one AI call on the platform. Lightweight models use fewer credits, heavy models (video, reasoning) use more. Lamalo picks the least expensive model at equivalent quality, so your credits last longer. Counters are displayed in real time.
Why are Tadi and Data Lamalo billed per user?
They are business applications: the per-seat price (€75 for Data Lamalo) covers unlimited usage for each active user, with no surprises. Tadi Lamalo's price will be announced at launch. The platform, on the other hand, runs on credits because usage there varies more.
And the Lamalo Engine?
The Engine isn't billed per seat or as a flat fee, but on actual consumption: model usage + 5%, displayed in real time. It's the offer designed for developers and IT teams plugging AI into their own products.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Packs (+1,000, +5,000, +20,000 credits) can be added anytime on the Pro and Enterprise plans, and never expire. Ideal for absorbing a spike in activity without changing plans.
Is the full-suite pack a better deal?
Yes: bringing the platform, both applications and the engine into a single contract unlocks a discount on the whole bundle (−20%), a single invoice and dedicated support. The quote adjusts to your number of users and your volume.
